OUR STAFF - Dr Tracey Shell

Dr Tracey Shell loves being an orthodontist. She really enjoys getting to know her patients and says that one of the best things about her job is watching her patient’s confidence grow as their teeth straighten.

Dr Shell obtained both her Dental Science degree and her Masters Degree in Orthodontics at The University of Melbourne. Dr Shell has published articles in the Orthodontic literature, and is a reviewer for The Australian Orthodontic Journal.

She has taught at The University of Melbourne since 1994, and currently holds a clinical teaching

position in the Orthodontic Unit. Dr Shell has also presented locally, interstate and overseas, and regularly attends orthodontic conferences which keep her up to date with the latest developments in her field.

Dr Shell is an accredited member of the Australasian Orthodontic Board, an honour which is only bestowed on those demonstrating clinical excellence.

She holds professional memberships with the Australian Society of Orthodontists, the Australian Dental Association, and the World Federation of Orthodontists.
